Mezzanine Tank Structure - Lark Brewing Co. (Aldie, VA)

During construction, the team at Lark Brewing Co. approached us about fabricating a steel mezzanine structure. During the build process, asked if we could build a fireplace, not realizing it would be 34ft tall, we agreed. We were able to knock these two projects out of the park and these structures will be dominant architectural features for years to come. We truly appreciated being asked to join on a build of this caliber.

A homeowner reached out looking for a lightweight stair solution for their rooftop deck. He was able to provide us with concept drawings and we worked to bring his idea to completion. Originally designed to be infrequently used, the more use it got prompted them to come back to us for the build of the landing platform and getting the entire assembly powder coated to match other railings around the property. Another piece that will last for years to come and can truly allow this homeowner to enjoy sunsets from the rooftop deck.

A bowling alley for a table? Strike! This homeowner got the opportunity to purchase some sections of an old bowling alley lane and wanted to create a centerpiece for their dining area. We worked closely with local woodworker, Karen Lavarnway, to complete this gorgeous table. Our ability to render the complete table and leg design really helped the homeowner nail down the final sizing and leg shape and make it unique to their space.

If you are ever walking down 2nd street in Warrenton and notice a lovely porch outside a local hangout, our work is always on display. The owners of a new restaurant in town, Cast Iron Craft House, were in need of some help to get their new venture off the ground. We replaced the ragged old fabric awning with a brand new aluminum frame and standing seam roof. Working closely with the Town of Warrenton to ensure that the historic charm was not lost on the addition of this larger awning.
